This is a very nice top case, it’s a little bit pricey but I think it will last a long time. It’s not advertised as waterproof but my bike sits outside 24/7 and has never got any water in it. The volume is large and fits all my stuff in it easily.I like the mole plates on the outside but they are not rated for much weight so they seem kinda useless, but they look great. Maybe if they were aluminum they could raise the weight rating?

The motocase features are as described in the promotional material, however the provided measurements are somewhat misleading. The outside length quote is 61 cm, this is to the outside of the top handles, which are the widest part of the case. The inside measurement is quoted as 58cm. The actual measurement of the inside with the included liner attached is 53 cm, a rather significant difference it you have something to fit in the case that can't be compressed, such as musical instruments, which I do. The lower backrest has a ridge at either end with a recessed centre. My pillion tells me this is uncomfortable to lean on as the end ridges "stick in her back". It is likely to be less problematic when wearing winter bike gear. I would suggest that the height of the ridges be reduced or the contour of the back rest be made more even. Overall the quality of case appears to good, with plenty of attachment options for other bags. We take a soft bag that goes into the luggage truck when on BMW safaris but need to carry the bag to and from the Safari so the flat top should make attaching the bag more secure. I think the other couple of hundred riders on the safari will be interested in how the motocase works.

The box comes with all the fittings and also inner bag plus net. Great value compared to the BMW offering. It’s well made and very well thought out.

Impeccable after sales experience and overall pleased with the case. Beautiful finish with nice details and everything included. (Interior case with hazard triangle, backrest, net for the upper lid, light with type c usb, molle attachments). I would like it to be fully waterproof especially for daily use when you don't use the interior fully waterproof red case that is provided with your motocase. Also i would like a different latching system as plastic doesn't go along with metal(i refer to the red plastic hooks under the case that connect directly with the metal rack) but remains to be decided after some more mileage and time.

Facile à monter aussi bien la plaque support que le top case.
Concernant la pose de la plaque support, il faut enlever le cache noir, protégeant les câbles, en le tirant vers l’arrière.
Il faut de la patience et de la minutie pour coder les serrures à la clé d’origine.
Grande capacité.
Ne vibre pas en roulant sur routes comme sur les chemins. Très agréable et rassurant par rapport à d’autres marques de top case.
Suivant la corpulence de la personne passagère, on peut gagner 1 ou 2 centimètres en perçant la plaque.
Lone Rider devrait rallonger la plaque support et de la percer pour l’adapter suivant la morphologie des personnes sur la moto !
Le capot, resté non enclenché, ne s’est pas ouvert malgré de nombreux kilomètres effectués.
Monté sur une 1300 GSA, avec les valises d’origine, j’enlève le capot des valises pour sortir le sac intérieur. On prend le coup de main en 2 ou 3 fois. C’est un choix délibéré d’avoir choisi le top case de 57 litres et non le petit.

It's exactly as advertised. I have used it a couple times. Have not tested it's weatherproofing yet. Solid and well built. Does what I want and adds a secure and easily lockable trunk to your motorcycle. I have the Small and may upgrade to the large. The small seems enourmous though but would like it to hold more gear.
I did not like the molle panels on the side, they are plastic and feel like they will break over time. Very hard to add molle attachments. I did add a couple Lone Rider bags to the molle and they do hold securely but I can see the Molle cracking or breaking with stress.

Great 57L Top Case for the R1250GSA with a Minor Hiccup
This 57-liter top case perfectly meets our needs. Installation on the R1250GSA was straightforward, and we had no issues with the mounting itself.
However, we did encounter a minor snag when attaching the top case to the Rack Plate Adapter. We found it wouldn't slide on easily, and we had to widen the red lugs slightly to get it to fit. This was a bit of a drawback in an otherwise smooth installation process.
Despite this small adjustment, we're very satisfied with the top case's capacity and how well it integrates with the R1250GSA.

Love the MotoCase. Got the smaller one for my 2024 GSA. Simple to install! Works great and looks great. Can only open my side panniers from the rear side, to avoid hitting the MOLLE panels. But small inconvenience. And I could remove them if I wanted, but love how they look. Haven’t attached anything to them yet. But they look cool. It’s a great addition, well worth the investment!!

It's a very robust top case. Extremely well made and I'm confident it'll stand up to anything you can throw at it. My only negative was the stiffness of the key barrel. It took a fair bit of breaking in.
All in all, very happy with the top box!

But the rubber pad for sealing is not match with my BMW R1300GS Adv. I guess it is made for R1300GS, not for R1300GS Adv. I had to temporarily fix it with tape and see if there are other solutions.

Die Scharniere sind von aussen aufschraubbar, somit langt es 3 kleine Schrauben zu entfernen und das Case ist offen z.B.über dem Schloss.
Nach Abnahme der Blende konnte das Kable nicht entfernt werden da vom Werk mit Kablebinder befestigt, hätte den ganzen Rack abbauen müssen. Die Abdeckung in Gummi passt nicht auf die Oeffung der GSA 1300 mit Radar

For my BMW GSA 1300 I also removed the original side panniers mounts. For me it looks much better. But four aluminum spacers need to be installed to insure a solid mount of the Motocase base. I went with the 57 liter box because I’m not planning on getting the side cases yet. The size is in proportion with to the bike.

It supports two modular helmets and even a suitcase on top of it. It accompanied me on my first 1200 km trip. Easy to mount on my adv 1300. It takes 15 minutes to mount. Aesthetically it's top.
